Returns

Where do I send my return?

We will be glad to exchange any new and unused merchandise. You may return SHIP your item(s) to our Returns department. New, unused Full Price merchandise may be exchanged or returned to PV Neckwear Returns department with an original PV Neckwear receipt or mail order packing invoice. New, unused Full Price merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit with a gift receipt. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

Returns from the U.S.

For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:

Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for exchanges. PV Neckwear reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Returns from a purchase using PayPal

We will be glad to issue a refund to the original PayPal account for any new and unused merchandise returned to our facility within 1 year of purchase (see above for address). After a year, new and unused merchandise purchased via a PayPal account and returned will be refunded via a merchandise credit. At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for orders paid via PayPal, as we have no pay method to bill the order against. We can offer a merchandise credit, which may be applied toward the purchase of a new item.
